Great and stunning location, a 10-15 minute walk from Hetties Rock & Crystal Shop. Loved good area. Modest restaurant, with a nice Remarkables view...

The location of this place is very central and it is set in a nice area.

Loved having a washing machine and dryer and dishwasher. Also that they topped up the laundry and dishwasher powder each day. Nice facilities. Very comfortable stay. The Night Manager on Reception was very friendly and helpful. Her quick action helped us get back my son's jacket that he'd left in a taxi.

Wasn't an "easy" walk back from town as it's up a steep hill, but luckily we were fit enough to make it!

Our suite didnt really have a view as it loked into the next lot of rooms

I absolutely loved the place, the rooms were spacious and had great views, the staff were helpful and it was conveniently located near everything.

We booked to use the spa but when we came to use it there were poos in it!

The bus stop right out the front door and walks along the lake.

The bed was not the most comfortable but everything else great.

Spacious and clean rooms with great views and plenty of amenities, such as a TV, separate living area, and a kitchenette, in a stunning location.

Wi-fi not included and rushed to get out for 10am checkout.

Every visit to Queenstown we like to stay here. Nicely appointed and great place, it has KNOWLEDGEABLE staff at the last minute by the receptionist. The location is good and ideal, just a pleasant stroll away from Fear Factory Queenstown.

The location here is fantastic, just minutes from St Joseph Parish, and the rooms are spacious with nice-sized bathrooms.

Staff was very friendly and helpful which was really nice after some really long plane rides to get to Queenstown. The Suites/Apartments are located in a perfect location for someone that wants to get a great run/bike in - with the trails that run along the lake right down the hill from them. Was a short and pleasant walk into downtown for dinner where there are a wide variety of delicious food choices to choose from.

Got big size room with awesome views across the lake and the surrounding mountains and a balcony and a sofa. Incredible very central location, close to the shops, restaurants and cafés, and also the Skyline, bird park and TSS Earnslaw departure port, the bus stop for the mountains, and airports.
